We're thrilled to have you join us at PiePay!

Start by following the "1-2-3" steps below to begin working with your first customers and download any materials you'll need. (Your manager should have already reached out to set your start date and completed a brief "hot session" (training session) with you).

Remember to dress in business casual attire on your first day and ensure your smartphone is fully charged and ready to go!

If you have any questions, we're here to help. Your manager will be available throughout your first day for anything you need. Pie Pay has your back!

Hey how's it going?!

Sorry to bother you all.

I'm a local business owner in the area and wanted to introduce myself to other owners, would that be you or is he or she available??

What did you say your name was?

Nice to meet you! I own a small debit and credit card processing company locally and I know you probably get harassed on the phone all the time that's why I come in person! We do things a little differently than what you might have heard of.

We just charge a flat dollar amount that could be as low as $99/month.

I'd love for the opportunity to show you what I got, if it works for you awesome if not i'll get out of your hair! What time works better for you tomorrow 11am or 1pm?

Cash Discounting

"Charge a fee to the customers"

"With cash discounting, PiePays main program, we help the merchants' business improve margins on both cash and credit sales. We teach the merchant how to fully account for their expenses and how to reward customers with a cash incentive when the consumer decides to pay with cash. This way, the merchant absolves themselves of all processing costs except for a small monthly fee.

Traditional Pricing

"Merchant is charged for processing"

With Traditional or Interchange+ pricing, the merchant pays the processing costs. PiePay passes along the fees from the Visa and Mastercard networks directly to the merchant when they use the networks, and adds a small markup as profit. Traditional pricing rates are set before signing a deal, and you'll need a manager to prepare a "cost analysis" to share with the merchant.

2. Product Information - Knowledge Section

Most of our sales (about 85%) come from our Cash Discounting program and the three main types of equipment we use. If you understand how the program works—passing the fee to the customer so the merchant pays nothing—and you learn the three unit types, you’ll be fully prepared for your first day.

3. Fast-Track with your first sale and earn $500!*

After finishing the 4 videos, quiz and test, you will be boarded with a regional manager for live training. Depending on your team, you may be eligible for a bonus on your first sale after completing your live training. Your first sale bonus must be completed per funding requirements within 2 calendar weeks of your first live training (hot session). Please note that live training will consist of the below stages.

Prospect 30 Businesses:

With your manager's assistance, you should contact at least 30 businesses a day for 5 days.

Record 30 Pitches:

During your prospecting, you will need to record (if allowed in your state) 30 prospect pitches provide these recordings to your manager and trainer for review-coaching.

Set 4 Appointments:

You will need to set 4 appointments with business owners daily to present our product every day for 5 days. These appointments must be shared with the manager and placed on your company calendar.

Attend Lounge Calls:

During training, you will need to attend the team lounge calls for coaching.

Have 1 Completed Sale:

The first week can be tough! However, having at least 1 completed sale (application dispatched) is essential to starting strong. First sale must be completed within 2 weeks of training session and adhere to all funding guidelines.*

4. Download the New Hire Packet and Join Discord Chat

*The New Hire Paperwork will come via e-sign to you within 24 hours. You do not need to print the NHP document yourself.

5. Get your Sales-Tool Kit
